How we earn

Our main revenue is the service fee shown in the price breakdown at checkout, plus commission paid by operators on completed bookings.

The price you pay through GO DXB is the price shown. Commission is paid by the operator out of the ticket price, not added on top of it.

Affiliate links

Some Journal articles link to partners who pay us a commission if you book through the link. These links never change the price you pay.

Where an article contains affiliate links, that is disclosed on the article itself.

Third-party advertising

If display advertising is enabled on GO DXB, third-party vendors including Google may serve ads on this site and may use cookies to personalise them based on your prior visits here and elsewhere.

Ads are labelled and kept visually distinct from editorial content and from search results. We do not allow ads that imitate our booking interface.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google Ads Settings.

What money does not buy

Search ranking on GO DXB is driven by relevance, availability, price and verified guest ratings. Operators cannot pay to outrank a better-rated competitor.

Editorial recommendations and star ratings are never influenced by commercial relationships. Sponsored placements are always labelled.
