Data we collect

Booking data: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, guest count and any accessibility or dietary notes you provide.

Usage data: pages viewed, search terms entered on our site, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not collect card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we store only a token plus the last four digits for support purposes.

Why we use it

To confirm and deliver your booking, including sharing your name and guest count with the operator running the experience.

To provide customer support, process refunds and resolve disputes.

To improve the platform and, where you have opted in, to send you occasional travel emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your currency. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@godxb.org. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention and security

Booking records are retained for seven years to meet UAE tax and accounting obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job and is logged.
