Cookie Policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This page explains every category GO DXB uses, why we use it, and how you can switch the optional ones off.
Strictly necessary cookies
These keep you signed in, remember the currency you selected, hold your booking in progress and protect checkout against cross-site request forgery.
They cannot be switched off through our site because the booking flow will not function without them. Blocking them in your browser will prevent you from completing a purchase.
Analytics cookies
If analytics is enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and experiences people find useful. Data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage, and we do not sell or share analytics data with advertisers as an independent data set.
Advertising cookies
If and when advertising is enabled on GO DXB, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at any time through Google Ads Settings, and from many other vendors through the industry opt-out pages operated by the NAI and EDAA.
How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies used for preferences and analytics typically expire between 30 days and 24 months.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies from its privacy settings, and offers a private browsing mode that clears them automatically.
Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse or book on GO DXB.
Questions about cookies can be sent to support@godxb.org and we will answer within two business days.
