Our role

We list, price and sell tickets for experiences that are delivered by third-party operators. The operator, not GO DXB, runs the experience and is responsible for its safety, staffing and equipment.

Every operator we list holds a valid UAE tourism licence at the time of listing.

Accuracy of information

Durations, inclusions, meeting points, opening hours and prices are supplied by operators and can change at short notice. We update listings as soon as we are notified.

Where a detail on our site conflicts with the voucher or the operator's on-the-day instructions, the operator's instructions apply.

No professional advice

Content on GO DXB, including Journal articles, is published for general travel information. It is not medical, legal, visa, financial or safety advice.

Health, safety and suitability

Some experiences carry physical requirements or restrictions relating to age, pregnancy, heart conditions, back problems or mobility. These are listed on the product page and must be read before booking.
