Our role

GO DXB is a booking platform. The experience itself is supplied by a licensed third-party operator, and their conditions of carriage or entry apply alongside these terms.

We are responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the booking transaction and support. The operator is responsible for delivering the experience safely.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a voucher with a QR code. Prices are shown in AED including VAT; other currencies are converted at checkout.

You must be 18 or older to book, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest details you supply.

Your responsibilities

Arrive at the stated meeting point on time with a valid voucher and photo ID where required. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show.

Follow the operator's safety instructions, height and health restrictions. Operators may refuse entry where restrictions are not met, and no refund is due in that case.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
