Cruises

Dhow dinners, canal loops and private yacht charters

Dubai is best seen from the water twice: once from a traditional dhow on the creek, and once from the marina at night when the towers light up. The two experiences feel like different cities.

Cruises (3)

Dhow dinner cruises run on Dubai Creek and Dubai Marina. Creek trips lean traditional and pass the older waterfront; marina trips run past the skyline and the Ain Dubai wheel. The Dubai Canal loop links Business Bay to the sea, passing the waterfall bridge.

Yacht charters are private by the hour with a skipper, and speedboat tours cover the same coastline in 60–90 minutes with no dining. The abra crossing between Deira and Bur Dubai remains the cheapest and one of the most memorable rides in the country.
